Before the Trade Edition release, more than 2,000 supporters made this project possible by purchasing the MMC'89 Limited Editions of the Coffee Table book, Hardcover, Paperback, and eBook, and through Club Membership dues and direct donations to the Foundation.
More than 300 of those supporters are named in the book's dedication. All Limited Editions include material the Trade Editions do not carry: the comprehensive episode guide, the full archive of fan-submitted memories, access to filmed concerts & digital media, and a deeper photo collection.
